BUSINESS SOLUTION
BUSINESS SOLUTION
Business Solution Therapy (often called Corporate Therapy, Organizational Development, or Executive Coaching) is the application of psychological principles to the "body" of a company.
Just as an individual has a subconscious, businesses have an "organizational culture" that can become toxic, stagnant, or dysfunctional. This therapy treats the business as a living system to improve productivity, leadership, and profitability
- High Turnover: Employees are "quitting" the relationship at an alarming rate.
- Silo Mentality: Departments (Marketing, Sales, Tech) refuse to communicate, creating "walls."
- Founder’s Syndrome: A leader who cannot delegate, stifling the company’s growth.
- Decision Paralysis: Fear of failure leads to a complete lack of innovation.
Toxic Culture: Gossip, passive-aggression, or "burnout" becoming the norm
- Absence of Trust
- Fear of Conflict
- Lack of Commitment
- Avoidance of Accountability
- Inattention to Results
The Discovery (The Intake): The therapist interviews stakeholders and conducts anonymous surveys to find the "hidden" problems that employees are afraid to tell the boss.
The Intervention: Workshops or "off-sites" where difficult truths are put on the table. This often involves Conflict Resolution training.
Executive Coaching: One-on-one "therapy" for the CEO or managers to improve their emotional intelligence (EQ).
Structural Realignment: Changing the "rules of engagement"—this might mean new meeting formats, clearer KPIs, or a rewritten Mission Statement.
- Reduced Costs: Less money spent on hiring and training due to lower turnover.
- Speed: Faster decision-making because the "emotional friction" between departments is gone.
- Brand Health: A happy internal culture leads to better customer service and a stronger public reputation.
