PAST SHADOWS TROMA
PAST SHADOWS TROMA
Past Shadows Trauma Therapy (often referred to as Shadow Work or Inner Child Integration) is a specialized service designed to identify and heal the "shadow" aspects of the subconscious—the suppressed memories, traumas, and traits that we hide or deny.
When these "shadows" remain unaddressed, they manifest as self-sabotage, chronic triggers, and repetitive toxic patterns in adulthood.
, "Shadows" are not seen as evil, but as fragmented parts of the self that split off during a traumatic event to protect the individual
The "Troma" (Trauma) Response: When a person experiences more than they can process, the brain stores that energy in the nervous system and the subconscious mind.
The Goal: Integration. We do not "kill" the shadow; we bring it into the light of consciousness to reclaim the power it holds.
