CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a gold-standard psychological tool used to identify and change destructive thought patterns. When fused with Cosmic Healing, it moves from a purely "mental" exercise to a "vibrational" restructuring.

While traditional CBT works on the Software (thoughts), Cosmic Healing addresses the Hardware (energy field) and the Source Code (soul blueprint).
