INNER CHILD TROMA
INNER CHILD TROMA
Inner Child Trauma Therapy is a transformative service focused on the "re-parenting" of the subconscious mind. It operates on the principle that many of our adult struggles—addiction, relationship sabotages, and low self-esteem—are actually the "shouts" of a younger version of ourselves that remains frozen in a moment of past distress.
In this therapy, we don't just "remember" the child; we rescue them.
The Wounded Child: Carries the "Troma" (Trauma) of neglect, criticism, or abandonment. This part is responsible for your "triggers" and emotional outbursts.
The Wonder Child: Holds your innate creativity, joy, and spontaneity. This part is usually suppressed when the wounded child is in control
Emotional Regulation: You stop "overreacting" to small stressors because the "scared child" isn't driving the car anymore.
Boundary Setting: The ability to protect yourself without feeling guilty.
Spontaneous Joy: Reclaiming the ability to laugh, play, and be creative without "adult" judgment.
Relationship Clarity: You stop looking for a "parent" in your romantic partners and start looking for a peer
Inner Child work isn't about blaming your parents; it’s about taking responsibility for your own healing. While the trauma may not have been your fault, your recovery is your gift to yourself. It is one of the most emotional therapies, but it offers the most "total" sense of peace once integrated.
